I have been pondering about how to share images I save as I move through life.
These are just moments I capture as I find them,
not styled for use in a post.
...so they may have no relation to one another,
or perhaps just color, line, but mostly
thoughts evoked by the visual.

So this is the first
of what I will share in my series
of a
Weekly Vignette
I am teasing you with some pic's taken at
my friend Pauline's White house.
Ever since I first shared this inspiring home on my blog ,not a single day has passed without someone somewhere in the world reading
Images of Henk and Pauline's home
have been featured in both local
and international publication.
Pauline kindly allowed me into this
inspiring world of theirs
inspiring world of theirs
to share with you once again...
the complete update will follow in another post,
here are some random vignettes...
Hope you see the moment...

"One moment in time
when I'm racing with destiny
Then,
in that one moment of time,
I will feel eternity".
Great vignettes and I want to go play in Pauline's home! That's a beautiful saying you placed at the end.

Wonderful records of snapshots in time. I'd love to own most of the items on show, especially that mirror with the heavy foxing and the lovely glasses in front of it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.

Colette, I am so enamored with your talent to photograph the beauty you create, your vignettes whether in order or not I am so taken with the beauty and charm of each piece. For Pauline's White house I just love her passion in what she collects and how she effortlessly merges each piece together giving each piece a voice of its own, your photography is stunning in every angle you shoot.
ReplyDeleteI just love Pauline's little simple white bench pushed up to the table, such charm.
Thank you for keeping me posted on her white house and your treasures.
Fondly

ReplyDeleteReally lovely
ReplyDeleteDear Collette
ReplyDeleteThanks for a wonderful inspiration. Love your pictures. Real inspiration. Keep well!
I have returned for a second look, Colette come for a visit, I would like you to see this piece that is not my norm it its heavy French feel these days, wanting to strive for a more flea market feel of brocante pieces and a mix of the rustic farm house, I am so drawn to this look in the new chest i aquired and fell more in love with it when I finished it in white with a hint of grey to it.
ReplyDeleteWould this be a piece you would have snagged up or Pauline placing it in one of your homes?
I still am mixing my farmhouse feel and the rusticness of what we love so to tone it down to less then beautiful and more of what makes it passionate.
Inspiring French with white and hints of grey! see you soon dear friend.
xoxo
